The Founder & CEO of BCG, Mark H. Brennan, is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy (BS & Distinguished Graduate), National University (MA & Distinguished Graduate), and Harvard Business School (MBA). After graduating from the Academy and earning his commission as an ofﬁcer in the USAF, he proudly served his country for eight years as a ﬁghter pilot and instructor pilot. Following his military service, Mark founded, operated, and grew a number of companies in a diverse set of industries and has many years of experience serving on both private and public company boards.
The Chief Operating Officer of BCG, Susan Malick Brennan, is one of the first women to graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy, earned military honors, and served seven years in the USAF. Susan has extensive executive-level business experience, with companies such as Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, Sprint, and NV Energy, and has led multiple, enterprise-wide process and organizational improvement efforts and merger planning / implementation projects across a variety of corporate divisions. Her specialties are finance, human resources, and information technology.
